You can view your credit report under your Credit Health tab. The information in your credit report contributes to your credit score. Your credit score is provided by TransUnion and ranges from 300 to 900.
We show insights throughout your ClearScore. These insights in your credit report show you what could be impacting your credit score.
Information that's in your report includes:
- Payment history gives you an overview of on-time and missed payments on your accounts.
- Accounts show any open or closed accounts in your name.
- Inquiries are where you'll see any hard (credit-related) and soft (review) inquiries on your report.

Personal information:

- Your name
- Date of birth
- Your current address and any other addresses you've lived at in the last six years.

- Public information like bankruptcies, consumer proposals, debt management plans, and judgements.
- Connections are people you share or have applied for a joint account with.
- Other names you or your connections have, or if you've changed your name (e.g., your maiden name or your partner's maiden name).
- Protection, any current fraud warnings from TransUnion Fraud Victim Assistance Department.
- Consumer statements are personal explanation about your circumstances for lenders to see on your report.
When banks and providers stop sharing your information with credit bureaus, it stops showing in your report.
