Authorized organizations such as banks, credit card companies, and credit reference agencies can perform soft searches. If you wish to opt out of hard searches, you must delete your ClearScore account. You can do this by navigating to ‘My Account’ followed by the ‘Account & Security’ section when you’re logged into ClearScore. However, this means you'll no longer have access to your free credit score and report.
