Once you’ve enabled 2FA, you should be able to log in as usual (by entering your email and password).
If you log in on a new device (or you're not actively logged in on your app), you’ll need to enter your email and password.
Depending on the second verification method, a code will be sent to you via SMS or you’ll need to go on your authenticator app and enter the code.

You’ll have to complete 2FA every time you log in using a different device.
