To enable or disable 2FA, please do the following:
- Go to the 'Account and Security' in 'My Account'
- Under the 'Two-factor authentication' section. you can 'disable' or 'enable' and confirm your choice
- Choose the 2FA method you prefer i.e. via SMS or an authenticator app
- For the authenticator app, download the following depending on the device you use:
- Android users - Google authenticator
- iOS users - Authy
You’ll need to choose either SMS or the app as you can only use one. Make sure you disable the method you’d like to change from if you already have one.
