You can update your ClearScore mobile app from the App Store and Google Play Store.
- You can use our desktop version on your device
By heading to our website via your browser (i.e. Google Chrome or Safari)
- Reset your password
You can reset your password by simply entering your ClearScore email address. You’ll then receive an email from us.
- Check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders
You might need to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts or 'safe list', as sometimes these emails are blocked by your email provider or desktop application.
We haven't optimised our ClearScore app for use on iPads or other tablets just yet.
