Our system won't allow special characters in email addresses, including symbols.
It recognises the standard 26-letter English alphabet (A-Z), dots (.), dashes (-), apostrophes (') and numbers (0-9).
If you already have an existing account registered with an email that contains special characters, please provide the below via our Chat assistant (bottom right-hand corner):
- Your ID - so we can verify your request
- Your registered email and the email address you’d like to change to.
If you're registering with us and entering your email address for the first time, please try a different email address that doesn't contain special characters.
