ClearScore’s mission is to empower you by giving you free access to your TransUnion credit report and score. We’re not a consumer reporting agency ourselves, and lenders don’t use us to carry out credit checks on you.
We display your data exactly as we receive it from TransUnion, so if there are any issues with the information in your credit report, please contact your lender directly or raise a dispute with TransUnion.

What if you’re unhappy with our response?
If you're not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you can ask for your case to be escalated to a senior member of our team, who'll review the case and work with you to try and find a more suitable resolution.
