We receive all your credit report data, including your addresses from TransUnion, our partner consumer reporting agency.
When signing up or updating your address, it’s best to use the drop-down menu powered by Google.
If you’re unable to find your exact address on our drop-down menu (powered by Google maps), it can be entered manually.
If you have to enter your address manually, double-check for typo's or errors as this might prevent TransUnion from finding your credit information.
You can also contact Google Address finder to get it added or raise a query directly with them (Google maps menu 'Add missing place' or 'Edit the map'). Once it’s available on the drop-down menu, you can attempt registration again or update your address in 'My account' section.
